The fabric on the exterior has a striped pattern worked into it and gives the effect of depth and texture. I love the solid blue used at the hem and cuffs to anchor the design. The sleeves are very full and gather in at each wrist with an elastic cuff and the skirt flows to the ground in a swath of lightness.
