1950s Lace & Silk Parnes Feinstein DressThis is a lovely and feminine little strapless dress in a pearl or champagne colored silk with pretty lace details. There was no label in the dress but luckily the matching fabric belt was stamped with its Parnes Feinstein label so the designer of the dress is known.
